The Villages at Waipio
Our History
The Villages at Waipio was built in four (4) phases between 1985 and 1987. The property has 240 units divided among 20 buildings, a pool, clubhouse, and children's playground. The property has retained it's quality of appearance and remains a choice location.
Our town homes are individually owned and come in three (3) different types of floor plans. A, B, & C units.
Plan A - 786 sq. ft. - 2 Bedrooms - 1.5 Bath
Plan B - 786 sq. ft. - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Bath
Plan C - 902 sq. ft. - 2 Bedrooms - 1 full & 2 half Baths
Apartments may have 1 or 2 parking stalls.
Daytime and overnight parking is available to our residents guests.

Serving as a board member means playing a crucial role in the management of the property. It is a volunteer position that serves and benefits the Villages community.
Board members look out for the best interests of residents and owners by making the important decisions and scheduling the major projects to be done on the property. You must be a homeowner to serve on the Board.
If you work well with others, and feel you have skills or expertise that may be of value to the board, come to the next board meeting and we can answer any questions you may have.
